Under our warranty, we’ve got you covered. For two years from the date of purchase, we will take care of your product if any material or workmanship defects occur.
We collaborate with top manufacturers to create handcrafted, responsibly sourced pieces designed to last. We’re confident in the quality of our products, hence the 2-year warranty. However, this warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (such as bent rings or broken chains), improper use or storage, and any modifications made by third parties outside of Art Jophies.
To make a warranty claim, please email [email protected] with the following details:
– Order number
– Product name
– Brief description of the issue and when or how it occurred
– Photos (one showing the entire item and one close-up of the defect area)
Important:
1. Items purchased through third-party vendors (outside of artjophiel.com, Jophiel stores, or pop-ups) are not covered under Jophiel’s warranty. Please get in touch with the company from which the items were purchased.
2. We do not recommend having our products worked on by outside jewelers, as this voids any potential for refund or replacement should a defect arise due to their work. This includes resizing or any type of repair.
3. To help us continue improving, we may require any defective piece to be sent back to us for inspection and quality auditing.
4. Promotional products may be excluded from our warranty policy.
